Very good team, bathroom and kitchen renovations. Bathrooms were re-tiled and cabinetry replaced; kitchen was renovated, complete demo and rebuild. Installed stranded bamboo flooring, redid plumbing (toilets included). Recessed lighting installation.
Workers are very clean and removed all trash daily during demolition; trustworthily crew; conscientious and reasonable. Workers are punctual, helpful and have a great attitude which makes the difference in every aspect of the job.

PB Fine Construction did an exceptional job to complete construction of a new contemporary modern-design house. This house design presented difficult construction challenges related to the protection of numerous close-by and overhanging large trees and incorporation of many one-off architectural elements requiring bespoke framing, masonry, roofing, finish carpentry, electrical and lighting. Paul Balmuth provided calm, optimistic leadership and effective communication with subcontractors to accomplish design demands and overcome unexpected weather issues. Paul completed the entire project with extraordinary quality, including punch list, without issue and within budget guidelines. His management of the construction from rough framing to fine details of sophisticated electrical elements was superlative. And a bonus, he is patient, engaging and humorous .
