PB Construction started doing commercial building in 1999 with the transformation of an abandoned tire store into the popular Eddie V’s first restaurant. Several restaurant projects followed that, including Roaring Fork, Eddie V’s Arboretum, 7 Seafood Bar, and Cover 3 on West Anderson Lane.
The most recent project completed is Alexander Marchant showroom on West Koenig Lane. We have also commenced a design studio on West 34th St. for Sparrow Interiors.

Preconstruction
- Help evaluate plans and suggest value engineering
- Cooperate with permitting resources to help speed obtaining necessary permits
Construction
- In house ability to perform framing, trim, windows and doors for custom applications
- Continuously monitor material and labor flows, pay subcontractors and suppliers in a timely fashion, and make information available to Owner.
